LAKE COUNTRY MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT
Role: Project Lead
Project: This project is an 86 unit, two tower multi-family development with resort style amenities. I provided three colour schemes, specification packages and full construction drawings for the market suites. I also designed all public spaces, lobbies and amenities and provided specification packages and full construction drawing sets for each. I was also in charge of the sales center in which I provided a specification package, full construction drawing set and furniture procurement. This project is set to break ground in September of 2021.
